We do not have such command to share.
A new AT command will be available in the coming maintenance releases of GM02S (Cat M/NB-IoT) and GC02S1 (Cat 1 bis) modules. This command will clear the memory of most recent used cell, allowing the UE to perform a fresh scan at the next attach.
Clear MRU:
AT+SQNMRU=0
Display MRU:
AT+SQNMRU?
