What GM02S revision is being mounted in Monarch 2 GM02S EVK?

Hello,

Our company was mounting GM02S rev2 part number (RB6) in a wireless product but this is deprecated.

We have recently bought rev3 samples in order to confirm it fits in our product. But we would like to get an EVK that mounts the rev3 device, the same we have bought (RBA).

I am trying to determine whether the latest B8 release branch (or another one) corresponds to the newer GM02S hardware revision that supersedes the old Rev2 / RB6 modules.

Could you confirm whether:

• B8 runs on the newer RBA hardware platform

• and whether current EVK-B-GM02S kits ship with this newer hardware revision?

My interest is specifically related to the mechanical and hardware revision differences between Rev2 and the current generation.

PD: after reading the download zone files, I was unable to follow the part number traceability between EVK BOM and the version of the module is assambled (as datasheets and other).

Could you help me to know what revision of chip I’m about to buy when click on the link for buy it?

First thanks for your answer and being specific with the part I need to buy. Unfortunately mouser hasn’t any stock to buy from Spain for a long time.

But I think I’ve found the same reference in digikey, at least using the same part number present in mouser manufacturer part number: EVK-B-GM02S-Soracom.

Could you confirm this link product is the same revision board than found in mouser link?
