Hi,
I have a question about the Soracom SIM shipped with your EVK.
On the leaflet, one can read : “Soracom Global IoT SIM card, with up to 3 months/30 USD of connectivity in 150+ Countries”
so it sounds like we will get 3 months free of charge, but when I started the registration process, the system asks me to enter my credit card.
Is this a bug or am I following a wrong process ?

This is not a bug, as part of Soracom account creatio the registration of a payment method is required - although it wouldn’t be charged during the 3 months period.
We understand that for some users this could be an issue, and have included a dedicated form in the documentation page: https://soracom.io/sequans-evaluation-kits
Please fill it, it will trigger a request on Soracom’s side to flag your account as a Trial account and allow you to register the SIM card even with no credit card registered.
We are continuously improving this process, and the page may change a bit in the future based on users feedback.
